So far so good! I've been using this product for a while now and it has definitely made a difference to my hair. I have noticed if you leave the produce on for too long you can feel it tingling your scalp but that's to do with he caffeine I'm assuming.Overall the product does seem to be working well with my hair, it feels. softer and stronger and helped get rid of dandruff at the same time!The smell of the shampoo is nice, not too over powering.

Great shampoo and great value when on knockdown deals on Amazon, I stock up when price is good. Great lather and aroma and always cleans so well this is the best shampoo make I have ever found

Got this as my head itches during the night when I'm hot. I've only used it once and noticed I'm not itching as much so I'm hopeful this will really help over time

Bought this shampoo as I'm currently suffering from hair loss and dandruff over the winter. Paired with the conditioner, I have definitely seen an improvement with the hair loss and dandruff. As well as this, my hair is so soft and shiny and smells gorgeous. Not dry at all. The quality of the shampoo feels good, feels thick. Excellent value for money, cheaper than in the shops. I've been prescribed ketoconazole shampoo for my dermatitis on my scalp, but I find that Head & Shoulders Anti-dandruff Shampoo, DermaXPRO works even better! This shampoo has made a huge difference in controlling my dandruff and keeping my scalp healthy.The formula is gentle yet effective, providing relief without causing any irritation. The scent is pleasant, and it leaves my hair feeling clean and refreshed. I've noticed significantly less flaking and itching since I started using it.On the plus side also is the colour. When using my prescribed ketoconazole shampoo at the gym showers it would stain and people thought there was a murder because it is bright pinkOverall, Head & Shoulders DermaXPRO has surpassed my expectations and outperformed my prescription shampoo. Really lovely shampo that helped my dermatitis. Moisturising yet not greasy. Worked quickly in helping my dry and itchy scalp in just a few washes. Easy to use, just wash hair as normal and great value for money as the bottle is a generous size and a little goes a long way

Bought this for my other (not better) half, who suffers from dandruff. He's tried a few different types of dandruff shampoos, to no avail. This was on offer, so I thought it was worth a punt. The search for a dandruff shampoo that works for him continues alas. I've given this three stars, as, if you're buying this for dandruff fighting effectiveness (which I assume you are), based on the state of my husband's scalp, it hasn't made any difference. Why I haven't given it one stars though, is that on the occasion that I have run out of shampoo, and and am in the shower already and can't be bothered to get out in search of more of my own, I have used this in a pinch. It has a pleasing scalp-tingling sensation and my hair has felt nice and clean after use. So it can have some stars for that. Dandruff effectiveness: bad. A pleasant scalp-tingling sensation: good.
