We got ourselves a Canon color laser jet thinking we would save on the repeated and rising cost of replacing ink cartridges in the long line of HP ink jet printers we've owned. At what these things cost to replace just one time. we're not so sure we made the best choice and the HPs we've owned did a much better job of printing faithful, vibrant color picture prints on both regular and especially photo paper. Between the cost of all these color toner cartridges and the software/connectivity issues we've had with the laser jet itself, this is our first and last Canon. Back to HP next time.

I ordered it when I got the message from my printer that it was getting low. Here we are trying to install it, and the printer is recognizing the cartridge, but it is not printing. Having this issue with both the yellow, magenta, and cyan toner cartridges. I have tried everything, and since I am outside the return window, I am stuck with $350 worth of defective cartridges that don't work. I will not order from Amazon. I tried contacting both Amazon and Canon, as listed on the order return information, and have gotten nowhere. I will definitely not be ordering these cartridges through Amazon in the future!
