Has anyone done a hand quilted queen size quilt with fusible batting and does it 'puff' up between quilting or look stuck together and stiff?

Sorry, I have only machine quilted with this. The wadding does not have a high loft but you can see that it has been quilted. It is slightly stiff when finished but the glue does was out and any quilts I have made using this are lovely and soft with a nice drape after washing on a 40 degree wash. Hope this helps

Does this come pre-packaged or i it cut from the roll? if so is it the same as the pre packaged wadding?

This came pre packed, folded and rolled. You do have to open it out carefully as the glue means you almost peel it open, but once opened and unfolded it is absolutely fine.

Does the glue gum up your sewing machine needle while quilting?

No. It is absolutely fine. I have used it on several quilts and had no problems.

What is the loft or thickness of the wadding?

About 4mm thick. That said it is incredibly warm and gets softer over time. Since making a bed quilt with this i haven't slept under the duvet. It washes well and drys in no time and the bonus was there was very little, if any shrinkage.
