Works well with Fiat 500L 2014 and Multiecuscan
I was able to use it both from my iPhone and Windows 10 tablet. It is a bit annoying that you cannot use the internet while you are using this but my use case was to fix a TPMS monitoring unavailable error and that is the least of my complaints. I was also able to connect with the recommended Auto Doctor on iOS but it does not give access to the CAN bus to access the TPMS system. Without any additional cable I was able to connect to Engine ECU. Then with Yellow cable I was able to access the TPMS ECU. There I was able to see an existing error code that I was able to clear. I was also able to read/set various parameters that identified the sensors and default settings of high/low values. Overall, impressed with the ELM327 at this low price. The overall experience of using with Multiecuscan is not for the faint of heart as it takes a few attempts to get good connections and work around the software bugs. The Multiecuscan forum talks about hardware mods needed for cheap ELMs, none of that was necessary for this ELM. Maybe tuning some of the software parameters would have resulted more seamless experience but that would reduce the DIY fun.

It works reliably with effort with iPhone
Works great with an iPhone using WiFi. I use it with Car Scanner Pro. One star off because it frequently takes 2 connection attempts to pair with the phone. Tip when using, disable cell phone data or it may not connect.

Perfect ELM Obd2 for checking emissions
Had to set this up on my F3x to check my emissions readiness status via Car Scanner. Worked flawlessly, install is as easy as plug in and go. Setup is easy via Bluetooth. Functions perfectly whether scanning or requiring a live feedback for diagnostics. Highly recommended. Have this alongside my BM3 wifi and with the two, can read just about anything I need on my N55 BMW. Great value for money compared to other units.

Best cheap scanning tool for home mechanics.
If you have a cheap scanning tool to pull codes, and don't want to spend hundreds on a professional scanner, this is the best move you can make. Be sure to also buy a good app to use this with, the one I use was another 5 dollars. The drastic increase in capability for diagnostics using a tool that can give you live data and pull codes from more than your ECU is immense for anyone that works on cars. About %20-30 of the time you can be immediately confident what's wrong with a car with purely OBD2 codes, but having live data ups those chances so much. Easily %90 of issues can be diagnosed with this scanner and some other basic tools.

Not Bluetooth
Item worked well. But I typed in Bluetooth and these aren't. They are WiFi. Kind of hard to use if WiFi isn't available. Please be aware these units are WiFi.

This product will save you if you know how to use it
Ford F150 2012 brake light/ turn signals issue. I found a guy’s video on YouTube that showed this product specifically that got him a fix for his blinker problem along with the brake problem I am having as well. All that needed to be done is clear the bcm fault codes that this was able to do. I literally took my truck to a shop and they couldn’t figure it out, i was worried i would have to get a new bcm a d have to reprogram it from ford which would cost around 600-700 dollars. This product saved me and a big headache that was a couple months of having no lights. Thank you!

Surprisingly Handy for the Price
This budget-friendly OBD2 scanner does exactly what it promises: it reads codes, connects quickly via WiFi, and works well with apps like Torque or Car Scanner. I’ve used it on both iOS and Android with good results. Setup takes a couple of minutes — just make sure to connect through your phone’s WiFi, not Bluetooth. Great for DIY diagnostics. Not for pro-level use, but more than enough for routine checks and clearing codes.
