This is a good, plant-based vitamin D3 + K2 alternative for immune and bone health. It uses MK-7 which is highly-bioavailable form of vitamin K2. It contains 5000 IU of vitamin D3, which is a good portion for D3 intake. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. You only need to take 1 capsule per day. No discernable odor or taste.This comes in a dark plastic bottle, double sealed for protection. This is a 30-day supply. Vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. It seems to be just as good as the D3 + K2 supplement that I have been taking. It is a little pricey but made with organic ingredients and the quality seems great. It is worth a consideration. So far so good.
