Exactly as described. Smooth operation. Instalation is expensive so i installed it myself. If you have a drill machine, it can be installed at home easily. Fingerprint recognition works fast. Heavy enough for burglar to lift it. Seems durable. 4 aa cells are provided.

Dear Ozone Team,I purchased this Ozone safe from Amazon on 17 July 2026, and it was installed on 1 August 2026. As per the invoice, it is an Ozone 55L Digital Biometric Safe Locker (Safilo Bio 2), with a 2-year warranty, purchased for ₹16,765.I have been using the safe for only 19 days, and unfortunately, it has already stopped functioning properly. The safe is neither locking through the fingerprint system nor with the key.I am extremely disappointed that a product from Ozone has developed such a serious problem within just 19 days of use. This has seriously disturbed my faith in Ozone, and after this experience, I have completely lost confidence in this particular piece.I therefore request to replace this safe with a new unit at the earliest, rather than repairing the defective one. Since the product has failed within such a short period, I expect Ozone to provide a prompt replacement.
