Purchased 2 of these beds. Great quality and functionality. one of the beds had a vibration and when we reported to the seller a new table was sent to us no questions asked. Provided them with a video and the table was replaced. Great customer service

The coat of the aluminum started to peel off after 2 years. It will start to look so old and it will need another coat soon. It will make a sound and it will need to be oiled from time to time. I would not place anyone over 150 pound on it.

A piston was warped and table is comprised

I've had this table for just under a year. It works great! However, within the past 2 months it had become very noisy whenever someone sits on it. Makes my patients nervous.

The cost is great compared to similar products and it shipped within a reasonable timeframe. It was also quite easy to assemble. The only issue is that it is VERY noisy and squeaks a lot. I emailed their customer service to try and get some advice or at least the owner's manual and they have not been very communicative.

I have been using this table at my practice for about 4 months now and it has overall been pretty good. It was very creaky and noisy at first but after I greased all of the pivot points with some lithium lubricant it is very smooth and quiet. I could stand for a more robust motor as the one that came on it is pretty slow but otherwise it works well. Very comfortable for patients and easy to move when needed. The mechanism for engaging the casters is simple and easy to engage.
