Awesome product for diabetics!
My husband is a diabetic and because of that we rarely eat pasta. I tried Kaizen pasta and we absolutely love it! I didn't tell my husband that is wasn't regular pasta until after he ate it and he didn't notice the difference. It has the same consistency and texture as regular pasta and tastes better than chick pea pasta which we ate occasionally. Unfortunately, it is very expensive but at least we have this healthy option when we're in the mood for pasta. Now I can make pasta casseroles and feel good about it. With summer here, I'm going to make a cold pasta salad.

Delicious
It has a very good texture and perfectly satisfies my craving for a heaty pasta dish, all while keeping my carbs low and protein high. It's truly a guilt-free comfort food that I'll keep stocked.

AWFUL! Does NOT taste like pasta. AND it's ridiculously expensive to boot.
Since I follow Shred Happens on IG and since his recipes are overall delicious, I went against my own reservations and purchased this pasta. Dear LORD, it was awful. And we are forced to buy 3 at a time. My daughter and I ate one meal of it, composted the leftovers and have NO IDEA what to do with the rest of the boxes. The texture is gluey - even though it 'bounced' on the counter when we tested it for doneness. The consistency is dry like thick flour. NO SAUCE could hide the mouth feel or the actual taste of the pasta. I REALY REALLY wanted this to work out since I've been looking for a high protein alternative for a decade. Unfortunately, this is a Big NO.

Not perfect, but good pasta Alternative
Definitely a good product. I recommend it. The taste isn’t exactly like traditional pasta, but that’s understandable considering it has way fewer carbs. If you weigh taste against the health benefits (low in carbs, high in protein), I’d say it’s a positive balance. To summarize: the taste—and especially the texture—isn’t as good as real pasta, but it’s a great low-carb alternative. The texture is a bit chewy and slightly grainy, soft on the outside and a bit firmer inside. The downside: the texture (as mentioned) and, at least in my case, it caused a lot of gas… so if you want to turn into a skunk the day after eating it, this might help you get there!Overall, I’d give it between 3 and 4 stars. It’s a solid option if you like pasta but want to keep your carb intake low.

A solid option for protein lovers
The protein content makes it super satisfying, and my family didn’t even notice it was a “healthier” version.

Delicious keto pasta
The texture is surprisingly close to regular ziti, and it holds sauce beautifully without getting mushy. It completely satisfies my pasta cravings, making my keto meals much more enjoyable.

Acquired taste
It’s NOT pasta. It’s the lupin bean, so be careful if you think you’re going to eat half the box in one setting. You do that and you’re going to be in the bathroom with cramps and gassing up the place. If you’re the least bit sensitive to beans, this stuff ain’t for you. The good news is it’s great if you’re replacing a carb in your meal. This will not spike your blood sugar. Great for diabetics. The issue is the taste isn’t pasta. It’s nothing like pasta. I’ve cooked mine for 7 minutes to get it Al Dente or as close to it without overcooking it by a minute. You can’t make leftovers because the stuff will crumble.Lastly, it’s criminally expensive. $11 for a box of this stuff is dumb. My advice to anyone is if you’re finicky about your food, don’t bother. You’re going to think it sucks loads.
