I have no reason to lie and I wish more people were aware of this supplement!I definitely have noticed less sensitivity in my teeth! I can eat ice cream and popsicles with no issues at all. I’ve been eating them a lot lately because of the warmer weather and was surprised at how much easier it was for me to take a bite and not have to hold the dessert in the middle of my mouth like I used to. (If you know, you know.)I have suffered many years with dental issues because of the medication I’ve been on are known to cause dental health problems and I am also in recovery from substance abuse (4 years this July!) but during my time in active addiction I was not taking care of my nutritional needs and because of that, my teeth have suffered greatly.I definitely notice my teeth feeling stronger and less sensitive. I have been having pain in my jaw for a month or so (maybe longer but can’t remember). My doctor asked if I grind my teeth at night. I said “no” but a few days later, I realized that I don’t grind my teeth but I do clench my teeth. I started taking Strong Jaw. Since I am almost 59 years old, I wanted something to also strengthen my teeth and gums. I noticed within a few days that my pain in my jaw was gone. I only take 3 capsules a day, not the recommended 6 capsules a day since it is expensive, especially when I take so many supplements/vitamins as well. I have noticed a difference in my gums and teeth yet but am also using toothpaste to help gums and mouthwash that does as well.
