Do you glue sole over cracked one or must you remove sole first? Show vid

I removed the old one first before i glued the new one. Make sure that shoes has same sole height - you might need to replace both. sorry no video.

Where can buy size 10 ?

This one is over 10size, and you can cutting.

It is big. Maybe 12-13? I have 8 1/2 shoe and it is way over size. The first time I tried to pre-cut the replacement. For me, I found the best way to use this, is cement the sole, let it dry and then cut the excess.
