Good knife. Sharp.

Solid knife, keeps an edge well and nicely balanced. Excellent for the price

You can't beat $10 for a full tang boning/fillet knife! I only have one complaint. At the base of the blade on either side there are swirl tool marks across the blade. I think it's only cosmetic, but common!!! The blade is nice and sharp and the handle fits great in my hand. I'd of given it 5 stars if there weren't defects.

As others have stated, the build quality of this knife is perfect. It was sharp, I wouldn’t say, razor sharp. I bought one of those handheld sharpeners to run across it. You could get a really sharp edge on it if you had a decent motorized sharpener. Additionally, It would hold a better edge if it was hollow ground. Overall a pretty solid product, I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a decent quality knife.
