I still can’t believe the quality of these knifes for the price! Easy to sharpen to a VERY sharp edge. Made in China but made out of german steel. Recommended without hesitation !

This is a really nice boning knife that is 60% less than other similar knifes. However, t does need to be sharpened. It has a full tang with German steel and a nice handle. It is a nice addition to my carving knife collection without spending a lot of money. This will be a useful knife for many uses.

You can't beat $10 for a full tang boning/fillet knife! I only have one complaint. At the base of the blade on either side there are swirl tool marks across the blade. I think it's only cosmetic, but common!!! The blade is nice and sharp and the handle fits great in my hand. I'd of given it 5 stars if there weren't defects.

As others have stated, the build quality of this knife is perfect.It was sharp, I wouldn’t say, razor sharp. I bought one of those handheld sharpeners to run across it. You could get a really sharp edge on it if you had a decent motorized sharpener. Additionally, It would hold a better edge if it was hollow ground.Overall a pretty solid product, I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a decent quality knife.

I love everything about the way this knife works. I was able to cut up five pounds of onions yesterday for the first time it was the easiest I have ever cut onions I sliced some I diced some it was perfect and very very easy. I have arthritis and things are difficult for me 90% of the time my wrists are very weak this didn't take any effort whatsoever and I did not have any aches or pains or anything while using this knife. Well worth the price I have nothing bad to say about it at all everything about it is perfect. And I bought it at an extremely fair price.

For an inexpensive knife, this takes an edge quite well.
