Does this one have the cut out circle at bottom for fingerprint?

No, I have not had a problem with the fingerprint scan other than you must press down on the screen firmly.

In the description it says - screen size 6.1 inches. s22+ screen size is 6.6 inch. is this film only for s22? or its a manual error?

I dont know the exact measurement, but it fits my Sansung Galaxy S22 plus perfectly.

It does has a cut out for the selfie camera. I have a protector on the back 3 and looked it up to see if it affects the quality, and it says it doesn't.

Is it possible to remove the adhesive with a solvent from the fingerprint reader area before installing the screen protector?

No, there is a special glue on the fingerprint area to make the it faster and more stable unlock. If you remove the adhesive, the fingerprint can not work. You can consider other materials such as Tpu, Pet, and Glass with the UV Lamp instead of only glass if the circle is not acceptable. Hope it helps. Thanks.
