I have thinning, fine hair, cut about 3 inches long that I want to add body and style to without heat treating or perms. I have tried foam rollers and found them awkward to use. These do just as advertised: they grip just enough to stay in while my hair dries. Not having clamps like the pink plastic rollers my mom used to use, or those clip grips on foam rollers means they don't leave that telltale kink and my hair driss faster. Gripping required a little pulling on the hair while rolling, not enough to cause a problem but enough to even the hair coverage on the roller. They pulled free easily - I can't promise that if used on long hair. For me, excellent! My search is over.

✨️These hair curlers were a bit of a let down for me, here's why.1️⃣First off before I get into the drawbacks, the quality and actual product materials and look are great, there's nothing wrong with the design or price.2️⃣Secondly, the actual functionality of these hair curlers are bad, to say the least. Now keep in mind my hair is only about 4 to maybe about 4.5 inches long, so other people's experiences with this item may be better. When using these curlers, I didn't expect to get curly-curly hair, maybe just beachy wavy type of hair, but I didn't even get that. When I had them on, when I could even keep them from falling out, there weren't doing anything. Even over night my hair stayed the same.✨️In conclusion I wouldn't reccomend this product to anyone who has the same length of hair as me or shorter.Although, to anyone with longer hair, I would say give this product a shot!👍

These curlers are so easy to use. They create the perfect messy bun. You won't need anything to hold them in place. My hair is medium length, slightly past the shoulders & very fine. These are the smallest size. I can put all 18 in my hair in less than 15 mins. They are very easy to take out of my hair without any snagging. They also do not interrupt my sleep. They are pretty comfortable, but I'm a belly sleeper which probably helps. I was pretty impressed with how well they worked. A lot of these are sold with the alligator clips from other companies, so I bought some separate and didn't need to use them. As long as you do not try to use too much hair per roller, they will hold all the way to the scalp. There are some good videos on youtube as how to's, but those tips weren't needed for my type of hair. This was a great buy. I like mostly that with most other types of curlers, the very tip of your hair gets folded to secure it & ends up looking kinked. With this type of curlers, the very ends are softly curled as well resulting in a very naturally defined curl.

These grip really well and are perfect for bouncy waves or volume at the roots. Comfortable enough to wear around the house, and they don’t pull my hair.
