KomalC 17 inch Leather backpack rucksack laptop bag, travel hiking travel shoulder camping bag for women & men

Great bag so far. I use it for work—it looks very professional. Leather is thick, seemingly nice quality, & smells AMAZING just like a new pair of leather boots. It arrived very well packaged & in a canvas storage bag with instructions regarding care of the leather. Would definitely recommend.

Based on my prior experience with a KomalC messenger bag, I decided to purchase this backpack for a multi-week trip to Europe. This backpack was a great choice! The material is high-quality, fairly thick leather. The zippers feel substantial and high quality, and operate smoothly. The outside pockets worked well to hold a water bottle. There is an interior pocket for a laptop or tablet, and 2 smaller pockets to hold items such as earbuds, a wallet, cell phone, etc. There is also a small clip to keep track of a keyring. After using this backpack as my carry-on during flights and as a rucksack for daily sightseeing, it performed flawlessly. I expect to use this backpack for many, many years. My only concern with the long-term durability of this backpack is that the back panel (the panel that rests against my back when wearing the backpack) is mostly made with synthetic leather. In the past, I have had synthetic leather disintegrate after several years. (Only time will tell how the synthetic leather back panel holds up.) I recommend this backpack.

Purchased the 17” ladies backpack for myself. Loved the look of the leather and the lining was a nice touch. There’s plenty of room to pack for an overnight trip, no need for a carry on case. It’s well made and feel it will last for a long time.

My new bag is leathery and tough. It looks old and worn yet it's new. Thieves might see it as a poor man's bag. A cultured man would see this this bag as refined and simple. It satisfies both cultures and when swung properly can deter theft.

Great real leather bag built to last with strong melal zippers and compartments exactly as described to be used to carry various electronic items of specific sizes and keep them safe. I already have taken a spill on my skateboard with this bag and everything survived with the bag sustsaining no visible damage due to its already weathered natural look. Leather bags are never cheap by their very nature, so the best one can expect is good value for the money actually spent, which this simple bag with no frills, but loads of utility, delivers in every important area. This is a buy that is well worth the money spent and quite a bit more in my view, and I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I absolutely loved the color of this bag (backpack). My 13" MacBook Pro fits nicely in the "laptop" pocket, and the main compartment holds all my notebooks, pens and various other devices such as chargers, headphones and earbuds. There is and inside pocket that currently is housing all my business receipts from my last trip. There is also and outer pocket on the front which also helps with charger, cable and other item storage. I have seen someone complain about the fit, I am 5' 10" and 240lbs, the bag fits nicely over both shoulders and rests as it should. I immediately unpacked the backpack and covered it with waterproofing grease and put it in a 200° oven that was turned off and cooling. The waterproofing did darken the leather, but IMO it made it look oh so much better. This is my fourth bag from Komal Passion Leather and probably will be my last as leather (goat, water buffalo or whatever) lasts forever when taken care of.I have this backpack, a leather briefcase, a 32" duffel and a 21" duffel. I think I am covered now.

Great item and comes with a note from the owner of the company in India. I’ve used it now on several trips overseas and it’s the perfect size for the overhead or under the seat in front. It came well preserved but with all leather items I give them a good coat of quality leather polish. It comes with its own canvas bag to keep it in between uses.

I’m 265 5’8” and found it tight . Sending it backpacking lol sorry that’s funny. On another note bought the duffle travel bag love the smell backpack has no smell of leather.
