Celebration Herbals Dandelion Leaf Tea Bags 24 Count

I bought this tea to use as an herbal remedy. I use it in all my tea, pretty much. I throw a dandelion leaf teabag into all my regular teas. There's a small amount of Dandelion leaf in the bags, so I sometimes use two if I want a stronger flavor. This is a good Dandelion tea. The herbs have been fresh every time I've bought it. The taste is mild, yet you can still taste the dandelion leaf. If you've had fresh Dandelion and liked it, you will receive the same taste in these bags, just not as strong. It's the root which is bitter, and these bags are leaf only. It is a very nice background flavor for other teas. I frequently use Vanilla Chai along with a teabag of Dandelion leaf, and it is complimentary. This is a good brand for 'piggybacking' herbal remedies on your favorite flavor. Dandelion leaf is an antiviral. Recent scientific studies have shown it to be VERY effective for aiding the immune system in defeating viruses. VERY effective. Look it up for yourself. Be amazed. It's a scary proposition to harvest Dandelion in the world around us, due to chemical usage everywhere. The hormones people use on their lawns make Dandelions in the yard treacherous, so it's nice to get a good, fresh dried herb easily.

This tea has way too much caffeine in it. The moment the tea hits my lips with that caffeine, my whole body begins to heat up, especially in my face on the forehead. If there’s a decaffeinated dandelion tea, I would love to send the second box back to trade up. This is not working for me.

The first order was in error as a box of Dandelion root tea was sent instead of two Dandelion leaf tea. But the boxes are so identical in appearance even I did not see the difference except when I went to brew the tea. They have totally different tastes and smells. Other than that the product works as expected and is of excellent quality.

This tea is delicious mixed with a little bit of milk. It is kind of sweet. I drank two large mugs of this tea, using two tea bags. After that, I developed itchiness on my arms and body. I looked it up, and that was an allergic reaction to this tea. That means, I can't drink it anymore. I really enjoyed the tea.

Nice tasting tea. I drink this tea daily for the health benefits; mainly in that it can reduce inflammation.

I honestly don't have a medicine cabinet. I have an herbal tea cabinet that provides health and comfort in a natural way. I really like Celebration Herbals and find it's teas of sufficiently high quality that are healing to me. Dandelion tea taste may vary a lot if the root or the leafs. This -leaf- is mild and works better to support the balance of my liver than the root. You may react differently. Highly recommend. Yet, if you are using it often, any herbal tea really, I would recommend you research each herb to make sure your body stays in balance and health. Herbs are powerful healers and I like treating them with respect.
