Leveled up my 1966 Airstream Caravel with this hardshell propane tank cover and they are way more sturdy than I imagined for this price and went together in minutes with the provided hardware. My only complaint is that there is a small tab with a hole on the bottom in the middle of both the front and back and one of mine came almost completely torn off so I ended up drilling a 3/8" hole right above it so that once installed I was able to tie a small piece of nylon rope between the front and back that went under the tanks to keep it fully secured so there is no chance of wind pulling it off when cruising down the highway and maybe this was not even necessary as they are snug and practically form-fitted but I just figured it won't hurt and in the case it does need that little extra, my rig is already prepared and one less thing to worry about. All of the soft covers that I found looked good in their sales pages but when I'd look at the review photos they were all wrinkled and just didn't fit right and this cover checked all of the marks including being able to access the tanks without removing the cover and was almost the same price so this was a no brained and I'd buy it again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Flame King cover is a fantastic purchase! It fits my dual 30LB propane tanks perfectly and provides excellent protection from weather and UV rays. The heavy-duty yet lightweight plastic material is durable and easy to handle. It looks sleek in black and stays securely in place. Highly recommended for RVs and campers—great quality for the price!

This cover works and fits Perfectly!!! And the little “doors” you can open to check the balance of gas in each tank are SO very easy to open and close!! Extremely Happy with this item!!!!

This is a Great Cover then why 4 stars? This product is way more robust and heavy duty to any other one I have owned or seen on the market. It is constructed very well and I love the Round Access Panels. No lid to get caught in the airstream and fly off. Here's why the 4 stars. All the access covers should have lanyars on them (although they fit very snugly). They seams at where you put together the Propane Tank cover are opposite of eachother. There is always going to be one side that is in the air stream and the air will do its best to pull this apart while cruising at freeway speeds. Should be a Front and Rear. I sealed the entire assembly with black sealant before I even used it. No air or rain rushing inside the cover, even though the bottom is completely open. I highly recommend this cover.

Only way the tank cover earned 5 stars is the other reviews pointed out things to keep in mind. Assembly - As pointed out the hardware seems oddly sized, as if it's not metric or ASE sized. It's a phillips head screw and a nylon lock nut. The fix: The nuts didn't turn in a 6mm socket so using the socket to hold the nut while turning the screw allowed the pair to be tightened to hand tight. Seams are loose - They are. It's injection molded and designed so the two pieces are mirrored. The fix: Most of the gaps were reduced when I went back and loosened and re-tightened from the top down. Not water tight- Between the above mentioned alignment and the open bottom, this is correct. The fix: None. Given how spray gets everywhere when driving in the rain, the smaller remaining gaps, and the two holes in each cap I want these openings to allow air movement for quicker drying. The caps are not attached when opened - They are not. But each cap has two holes approximately 3/32 in diameter. The fix: Again, thanks to the reviews that pointed this out I was ready with 4' of 1/16 SS wire rope (would get 5' next time), ferrules and stops. Cut the wire to 12" (would do 12 1/2" next time) and make a loop on one end with the ferrule. I then fed the other end from inside the cap to the outside and attached the stop. For the two top caps I removed the screw just outside of the opening and reattached it through the loop. Did the same for the front and back caps except placed the loops around one of the two middle screws. All told, the wire rope and ferrules/stops were less than $7 at my local hardware store. Flimsy tabs on the bottom - It is true, they are not impressive. The fix: For now they get a bungie cord just short enough that it hangs from the tabs without keeping pressure on them. If that fails (my 20lb cover never moved in 20k+ miles towing) I have a more durable solution and will update this review if I need it.

Purchased this to replace the propane tank cover on my camper that was old. This replacement is great. I like the access ports to be able to get to the tanks and turn them on and off without having to take the cover off and the port to be able to switch tanks without removing the cover, I would definitely purchase again.

We purchased this to replace are old sun faded tank protector on our Travel trailer . I must say I am very happy with it. The plastic is very high quality and feels like it will handle any rock impacts when driving just fine . Fits on the tanks great and has lots of access ports to suit various situations . 2 on the top and one on each side . The access point are a screw in plug which was different then my old style , I found them very easy to use and gave lots of room to turn on the valves . The cover fit very nicely to the tank amount bracket and does a great job off keeping the tanks clean and away from weather deterioration . Assembly is easy and will take about 20 minutes with some basically tools to joint the two half’s , very solid once screwed together . All hardware was included and instructions were easy to understand . Definitely a must have for any RV Duel Propane tank propane bottle set up .

Like the design on how it was put together and all the extra ports to access the propane bottles. Don't have to lift the case off to turn the valves on or off. Quality is goo as well.
