I got these shoes about 2 years ago and use them specifically for squats. I can tell you after 2 years that these shoes are very durable. I have not had a single issue with them at all. The velcro straps allow them to fit snuggly and after a short time you get used to the elevated heel. They have definitely helped me get deeper into a squat, although they are not a magic bullet, you will still need to empahsize mobility work and consistently working on your form and technique, but they do help if you are a low bar squatter. They are not as expensive as some of the more famous brand names, but I think that they are pretty high quality and would definitely purchase again. I do not do a single squat session without them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good squat shoe.

Wow, fit perfect and are much sturdier than I thought they would be. Very happy with my purchase !!! I usually wear M10 but got M9.5 and it fit perfect. So I would do half size down

Love these shoes. I do like to use them when I’m dead lifting and doing regular kettlebell squats these definitely do help the stability and I can feel a major difference in my range of motion for squatting. These are comfortable and these fit just right on my feet. This is my first pair of lifting shoes so I cannot compare to anything else.

Wow, I literally went from unable to hit depth to a smooth below parallel squat. Shoes fit really well & are actually pretty comfortable considering they are weight lifting shoes.

These shoes are great but they run on the larger end. If you're between sizes go down to the smaller size! IF you get the right size these are really great squatting shoes for a wonderful price.
