I’ll be honest this is the first and only pre-workout I’ve actually taken but as someone who drank an unholy amount of caffeine for the last few years I was pleasantly surprised to see that this product boosted my energy as much as I did. I just started my workout journey and a big problem I was facing was not having the strength and stamina to lift heavy for adequate reps or I got easily exhausted from cardio. Since taking ENGN shred I’ve been able to lift more heavy and last way longer during cardio workouts I went from barely lasting 2 min on the stair master to doing 10 minutes with ease the following day when I took it for the first time. I don’t feel jittery and it doesn’t keep me up late either even though I tend to take it later in the day around 6:30pm! There’s no need to try any other pre workout when this one’s been doing wonders. Drink it cold for best taste! Pink lemonade wasn’t bad but it is a bit sweet tasting for 8oz sometimes I add a bit extra water to dilute more but overall I love it and want to try other flavors!

I've been working out for many years, and have been throught plenty of "pre-workout suppliments" One of two things happen.. A. The pre-workout sucks, keeps me up late at night...in regards to currently and have been working out between the times of 7:30pm-8:45pm. I might feel the boost in the begining but it tends to out fairly quick, and then on top of that the taste sucks. I like to take pre-work for a month as a cycle and then switch it off for two weeks. Most the pre-workouts I've fizzle out in the first week. B. The pre-workout is amazing...however only in cycles...I might cycle it on/off every month so I'll use for a month then be off for two weeks. Particulary this one works out great. I feel slightly jittery but not overbearing, but also able to sleep well at night 6-7 hours. This forsure the best pre-workout I've had in awhile. I highly recommend this pre-workout its not super expensive, tastes great (recommend the pink lemonade or blue razz), I get the jolt that I need while on my way to the gym!

I've been working out consistently for almost 8 years now and I've been using pre-workout supplements for just as long. From original formula Jack3d, to C4, Assault, Bang, ion-i, Mr Hyde, Bullnox, and dozens of other brand energy boosters, this one stands out. I have a pretty decent caffeine tolerance, it usually takes about 150 mg before I start to feel anything, but the first 3 times I took this stuff, I was so wired that I didn't sleep AT ALL. And I'm not necessarily saying that's a bad thing. It takes about 30 minutes for this stuff to kick in for me but when it does, it feels like I could run a marathon (and I hate running). I get clean, focused energy for the next 2-3 hours followed by a perky alertness for the rest of the day. No crash, no jitters, no weird twitches. EVL ENGN Shred is definitely one of my new favorite pre workout supplements. The pink lemonade flavor tastes great and the product definitely works but it loses a star for me because I really don't like artificial sweeteners. I wish more companies would stop chasing the zero calorie fad and just use natural, healthy ingredients!

Best pre sup I've had!! (I was using oxyshred and C4 before)Crazy energy and endurance boost, I've been able to do hiit cardio/workouts lasting to up an hr and half whenever I take this pre sup without feeling sore. No jitters. Definitely could feel the thermogenics properties taking into effect during workouts or even when I'm just moving around!!Pink lemonade is the 2nd purchase I've made which taste better than the fruit punch (my 1st purchase) and I will continue to try the other flavors. I was 137-138lbs on New Year's Eve and now I'm back to 127:) so pretty good so far!!

I absolutely liked the taste as it’s now too sweet like other gross pre-workouts. I was trying other fat burner pre-workouts like Nitrosurge and Oxyshred but I felt like they would make me sweat but not give me the nervy I needed to power through workouts so I switched to ENGNShred and it didn’t disappoint. It didn’t give me crazy jitters or make me feel nauseous like other pre-workouts that still lacked thermogenesis or energy but it didn’t pumped me up for a good workout and sweat. You will be drenched in sweat, so make sure to stay hydrated. Definitely a must if you’re looking for a supplement to help shed off those extra pounds or help kickstart your weight loss.

I've had EVL preworkouts before. I thought this would be a good option to try as I'm getting back into a regular gym routine after a summer away from the gym. The flavor is...weird. It has a smell like celery juice when you mix it. The initial taste is fine, but the aftertaste along with the smell is very off-putting. I've taken to adding a dash of lemon juice to it to help combat that. I'll finish the tub, but go back to a different flavor or different brand after this. Everything else about it is great: Good energy levels, carries me through a late night workout, etc. The flavor is really the only issue, and it's a fairly big one.

I started using EVL ENGN SHRED (Pink Lemonade) about 2 years ago. My first experience was DAMN! What the hell is in this stuff. Took my first dose and in about 20 minutes could feel a tingle and a definite increase in my blood flow. I hit the weights and my lifts were more focused and my energy level was noticeably higher. My typical workouts last 45 minutes to an hour fifteen. I hit the hour mark and had accomplished higher reps, heavier weights and greater pumps than previous workouts. Since then, I was hooked. In all transparency, I did stray for a bit (ENGN SHRED prices went up) and I decided to try a competitors product. EPIC failure! Not the same energy levels or pumps, not even close. Went back to ENGN SHRED and have never looked back. For my money there's no substitute and as long as EVL does not change their ingredients then I'll be a fan for life. A GREAT product that does what it says it will.
