I have had to buy this product multiple times because the material will eventually fatigue and split. Other than that issue, they are pretty functional and comfortable. Below is the frequency of my purchases. The gap between my first purchase and the second is because I used the product infrequently until 2022. Very comfortable for long time wear. It keeps it's "squeeze" ability and doesn't stretch much over time. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give this 5 stars, it feels great, lovely tug on the boys, but it just isn't lasting that long. I bought mine in Oct 2024 and now in April 2025 I already need to replace it as it's too stretched out and my balls keep popping out of it. At first it was a little hard to stretch it enough to get over my rather large set of balls, took more than a few tries over a week for it too loosen up enough to stretch it so it could be comfortably pulled over the sack. I was initially in love with it as it enhances the package nicely as well as feeling so damn good, but am really disappointed that it isn't lasting. It's now stretched out like a gaping hole...

I’ve read several other reviews and I’ve a sneaking suspicion the level of comfort one experiences with this magnificent item is relative to ball size and the amount of superfluous skin you’ve to monkey with. 😝 lolAhem,…I’ve large testicles protected by a healthy amount of skin. As such, the Oxball is not pulling to such a degree that discomfort occurs. I could wear this all day long without suffering anything unpleasant. I can see how anything but the perfect setup downstairs might be a problem.In my own situation I AM LITERALLY BLOW AWAY!! This thing feels so damned good I don’t need a boyfriend. Recently got into stretching and decided to give this product a go. I regret it as this thing isn't worth it and is way too expensive for what it is.Firstly, the item shows defects that occured during the molding process. Mine shows melted spots and has a deep gash on the inside that was there when I opened it. Secondly, it's really only intended for men with bigger gonads. If yours arent at least mid average-sized or larger, one of them will slip through the bottom opening which can be painfully. They also don't provide much stretching or tugging, which defeats the whole purpose of wearing it in the first place. Lastly, its simply way too expensive for what it is; you're essentially paying almost $20 for a shoddily-made piece of cylindrical rubber. Maybe if it were $10 it would be worth it, but it's absolutely not at almost $20. Highly regret this purchase and unfortunately it's not returnable. Won't be doing business with this company again.

Love love love this. I have worn ball-enhancers/stretchers, but nothing like this. I was a bit intimidated at first before putting it on. I had no idea how to go about it. But, to my pleasant surprise, this is very stretchy and I had no problem stretching it far enough that my sack slide right in. Immediately, I felt a great pressing and pulling. It was also surprisingly easy to get off, as it I discovered you can essentially roll it down and invert it, allowing it to just come right off. I have worn it several times now, building up the time spent wearing it. I have not gone more than 30 minutes, but I am eager to keep going. This seems to be made well, and even with the stretching to put it on, I do not expect it to break easily.
