Installed in about an hour , but I'm no plumber so not bad for DIY.Easy to assemble instructions with pictures can't really go wrong .Looks cool and works better than I expected , the shower especially has a great stream surprised me as its smaller than a standard shower head ..The mixer works really well and the selector between taps and shower mode is precise, fitted standard uk bath perfectly .The whole family loves the new taps , seems to fill the bath at the same speed as my original taps ..Hope it keeps working this way , it does not feel cheap mixture of solid metal with ceramic on the levers , could be plastic but feels good .One of the few purchases that looks better than the pictures on the listing .Definately recommended.

Very nice looking set of taps shortly after fitting which was easy when We switch on the cold water we get a flush of brown water only lasts seconds looks like rust in water surprising as mainly brass help with solving problem needed

Ordered this item a few months ago not sure on the exact timeframe however since ordering the shower head has somehow loosened and broke and the tap head has now come off it seems as if it is made poorly. Not worth ordering at all!

UPDATE ON MY REVIEW BELOW: I have discovered that these taps are '1/4 turn' which means that when using either taps or shower spray, you go from 'OFF' to 'FULL ON' in only a quarter turn of the taps - so the water pressure in the taps is really low & it takes aaaages to run a bath.So all in all (in addition to my comments below) these taps are fine for the moment (I want my money's worth!) but I wouldn't buy them again!These are beautifully shiny :)The handle in the middle (to move between 'taps' and 'shower spray') feels looser than I expected it to, but that's ok. I would expect the handle to switch to 'shower spray' when pointing in that direction but in fact it is the opposite - strange. Also I notice when using the taps that, for some reason, they turn 'on' in opposite directions!? which I suppose I'll get used to, but a week in I still try and turn them the wrong way..... that's 2 illogical things.I use the 'shower spray' to wash my hair & on full I get a really good 'massage' - I can feel the water from the individual holes - Lovely!Strangely, the water pressure from the taps is quite low but from the shower spray is very high.... is that to do with the internal mechanics? As I said, a qualified plumber fitted these for me - so it seems a bit odd.The letters 'H' and 'C' on the taps are slightly on the slant, which I don't like, but maybe I'm being fussy. Overall they are perfectly OK for use, although I might spend a bit more next time.
