Got this for 3yrs old Birthday Party and everyone loved it. It was easy to put up the banner as its prestrung for you with plenty of string length to work with and the quality is great

Only 12 cupcake toppers
Only came with 12 cupcake toppers when it was supposed to come with 24. Also have to attach toothpicks to the toppers which is annoying.

Not worth the cost
The balloons are very small. Totally impossible to tie. The picture on the balloons separates and can not tell that it's a monkey. The banner is a nice size. Still is not worth $17.99.
