I've had some protein drinks in the past, and they were gross. So gross, in fact, that I was hesitant to try this. The first sip I took though had me hooked. It's such a convenient way to get some extra protein in your diet, it's filling enough to replace a meal with it if you'd like, it doesn't upset my stomach at all, and the texture is so fine that it mixes like a dream. It tastes just like regular chocolate milk too, and I honestly have to stop myself from drinking it all the time. Great quality product for a super reasonable amount of money!

It taste delicious which a lot of powders don't, mixes well, and doesn't clump at all when shaken. It has a nice smooth texture, easy to digest (for me) and it's honestly a nice protein powder. 110 calories for 20g of protein, I usually add it to my oatmeal or something if I'm not making a shake. Overall a really solid protein.

Hard to say...... It is fresh and tasty, and blends very easily and well. I got the chocolate and it's good. My minus on the stars if due ONLY to my personal taste, in that the product is just way too sweet. I only took off that one star as a cautionary to someone who might not want that much sweetness. Sorry for me, maybe good for you!
