REBEL Clear Case for iPhone 14 Pro Max [Frosted Series Gen-4] Strong MagSafe Compatible, Translucent, Matte Texture, Protective Shockproof Bumpers, Metal Buttons, 6.7 Inch Phone 2023 (Frosted Black)

I initially didn’t buy the frosted gen-4 because of the reviews about the lack of grippiness and the “overly sensitive” buttons but it is way better than the flex I ordered initially. (The side protectors kept peeling off and the flex just gave off an unfinished case vibe) The Gen-4 feels like my phone is extremely protected and I like that it is sleek. I am also able to see the color of my iPhone (after years and years of faithfully using Spigen and Otterbox cases) Will definitely use Phone Rebel for any future phones I get. The glass screen protector is great and an awesome bonus to buying this case.

Excellent case, sturdy and button feel good when pressed

This case is very well constructed and a huge improvement on last year’s iteration. Here’s what I love: 1. The case snaps on very snugly and is the most difficult case (in a good way) to install and take off. 2. The magnets are very strong. Even considering the slick back of the case, this case holds anything I have thrown at it (Apple MagSafe Wallet, ESR MagSafe charging bank, and the floating Belkin 3-in-1 charger) effortlessly. 3. The buttons feel nice (I love the metal feel) and are very tactile - probably the most tactile buttons I have used on a case aside from last year’s Apple Leather Case (this year’s leathers Apple case buttons are more stiff). 4. The frosted back, aside from being slick, looks and feels high quality and seems like it will be very durable. 5. The case has extreme drop protection (just watch his videos). Also, I have used the clear cases before and know that they do not yellow over time. 6. Aside from being slippery, this case is very comfortable to hold with thoughtful places to rest parts of your hand throughout, this alleviating pressure sometimes caused by extended use. 7. The case comes with a full protection screen protector in a market where an included screen protector is very rare. In my opinion, these three things would make this case the perfect case: 1. Create a flatter space on the edges of the phone for swiping side-to-side that are similar to the areas created for swiping up and down. 2. Create some sort of grip, as this iteration, in particular, is very slick and difficult to hold. 3. The camera ring is a little shallow and would be much better in terms of protection and in balance without wobble if that corner directly above the camera were to have the same raised edge as the other three corners. Overall, this is a great case. I am very picky about the cases I use. I like quality and protection, so I am drawn to this case because it meets, if not exceeds, my needs. Due to the slippery nature of this case, I find that this version, while great, is not for me. I do, however, love the FLEX version of these cases this year and find it to be the best iteration since the original in comfort. Even though this case is not for me, I do highly recommend it for those who do not have an issue with cases that are a little on the slippery side as that was the sole determining factor in my decision. This is simply one of the best values in a case and can easily be the one d case someone buys and relies on throughout the entire ownership of the phone.

Great look and feel had a previous version of this case and despite dropping it and general carelessness never cracked and never yellowed

Man I love when the people who make things are just ahead of the curve and just do things they like to do that helps everyone. My list of 4 things I need in a case. 1. Customization 2. GRIP 3. The balance between sleek and protection 4. Cool factor This case nails everyone of them. While the grip isn’t 5/5 it is more 3.8/5. But customization is awesome. You can change the button colors I went from black to polished silver. It is thin and has corner bumpers and it’s frosted back cover is badass. My favorite non silicone case.

This is a precision made case - so precise that there’s only a half millimeter tolerance for error getting the screen protector on, which has to be done by eyeballing due to the lack of guide frame. The screen protector does have a nice soft feel though so far. The fit of this case is too tight, might damage your phone taking it on and off. It’s also very masculine looking which i don’t like. Maybe switching out the buttons will help soften the look but Phone Rebel does not sell their buttons on Amazon and their customer service response through their website is non existent which is super concerning. Speaking of buttons i also purchased Apple’s leather case as a backup due to other reviews saying this case falls apart after a few months. The buttons on the Apple case are nicer and actually look like metal compared to the Phone Rebel buttons. I do like the edge protection without it feeling bulky and also that it lays flat on a table without wobble from the camera bump out. We’ll see how well this case holds up!

Case is amazing fit. Magnet is strong. The frosted back allows me to use any skin to “change the color” of my phone. Installation is simple. Retail price is kind of high, but with a sale on an older model iPhone makes this case a good value.

I've been wanting a Phone Rebel case ever since they launched years back, finally got one for my iPhone 14 Pro and I can say that I am not disappointed at all! It is well-built and of high quality, and the shock absorbents on the curves are great for falls. It looks nice with many details to it, and the frosted back looks incredible! The finish between the black and the frosted back is seamless. 11/10

Shipped from US but worth the wait. I wanted different colour switch but they were not in stock otherwise the case would look even more amazing.

Good protection overall but what's amazing is that it still feels slim when holding it. Highly recommended! Love the matte back.

Compré esta funda porque la vi en muy buen precio y como mucho tiempo vi los videos de Everything Apple Pro quería probarla. Me gustó mucho la calidad de construcción y también le hecho que es transparente pero al ser "frosted" (no sé cuál es el término en español) evita que se vea rayada fácilmente, que se le marquen fácilmente los dedos y que se ponga amarilla.

Well the package came quick and the cover felt nice, but when I installed the tempered glass that was with it, it was defective on one corner. Really disappointing.
