I totally believe in homeopathy and this SleepCalm works for me. Easy to use. The container cap is twisted and pellets are dispensed. I take 6 tiny pellets, under my tongue at night. Very little taste, a little sweet. I fall asleep quickly. I like it and Borion always has high quality products!

These are a life saver with no side effects!! Also a great size for travel.

Helps me sleep with no drowsiness in the morning. I take them and I become sleepy in a few minutes uses. I drift off, sleep well for over five/six hours, and wake with no morning side effects. If I wake during the night and can't go back to sleep I take 3 or more, depending on how awake I am. I easily fall back to sleep until morning. This got me through some adjustments after hospitalization, and now when sleep eludes me. I highly recommend these and other Boiron products.

This will not make you go to sleep. It does calm your mind to allow your brain to shut down. There is no taste and they are pellet size which dissolve quickly.

We bought this for our 4 year old son who was waking frequently. We administered one pellet at bedtime. It did not work the first couple nights. Sometimes homeopathy must be used for consecutive days before a situation is resolved. We continued to give it to him at bedtime, and he did start to sleep through the night after about a week. I very much appreciate having a homeopathic remedy that I trust. Melatonin has many side effects, especially for kids, and I wanted a safer alternative.

The little package is great for not taking up room. Just take 5 under the tongue and it did start working in a couple of minutes with no taste! It helped me relax to go to sleep! But the next day, I got a big headache! I figured try again the next night, but the same headache happened again the next day!

I was getting the natural sleep stuff for our family. We have used different homeopathic things over many years and when we were dealing with stress and insomnia it seemed like the logical choice for us. We never used a few of the ingredients in these before but didn't checked into them thinking they were safe. MISTAKE AND LESSON LEARNED!!! One family member has health issues and the others don't. Both the sleep calm pellets made ALL of us VERY VERT SICK. We got VERY drowsy VERY quickly, which we thought they were working. Then it ALL went down hill from there. Within 30 minutes of taking them we went from drowsy to nauseated. Time to go to sleep right??!! Try sleeping now..you can't. You are unbearably sick. You feel like you are falling asleep and feel like you sleep only to wake up thinking hours have passed and it's only been MINUTES!!! Now try doing that ALL NIGHT!! About 4 hours in your heart starts RACING. Up to 135 bpm doing about NOTHING while sitting in a chair rocking trying to fall back sleep and thus was for a heart patient being monitored. NOT GOOD PEOPLE. The other family members you ask?? The same. Even the kids ones. Our daughter had it the worst and went from nausea to vomiting and a racing heart and she doesn't have heart problems. After lavender essential oils in a diffuser and on our feet 9 hours later (after we haven't slept all night) we started to feel better. Looked up all the ingredients and they cause cause rapid heart rates, hallucinations, confusion, dizziness, and yes sleepiness. Make sure to do your research beforehand and not just look up what it's used for but also the side effects. I am just thankful we all made it through the night and we didn't end up at the hospital. Lesson learned!

Disappointing - Did not work for me to aid sleeping. Waste of time and money. The product consists of pills that are smaller than baby aspirins in a difficult to open/dispense container, with a dosage that is 5 pills taken under one's,tongue at bedtime. Not very convenient.
