Love these but one came in broken and was upset about it but wonderful activity to do with your children

Sunflower growing kit
Just a wonderful sunflower growing kit! It comes in a large mason jar filled with organic potting soil. The lid has two holes poked into it. The instructions were easy to follow. I have placed it under a grow light to start the germination process. Hoping to get a beautiful Sunflower in a few weeks. Good value for the money. And it’s guaranteed! So if for some reason it doesn’t grow, I just contact the company and they will replace it. It will certainly add a bright spot of yellow to my succulent garden. Very happy with this.

Mine came infested with pests.
I received this kit and immediately went to plant the sunflowers. However shortly after opening the jar, I noticed several mites crawling around in the soil. I planted my sunflowers elsewhere and threw out the infected soil in the jar. I will say that the sunflower seeds are sprouting, but it is a huge disappointment that the minute I opened the jar I see pests. I have several houseplants that this could have infected. This one thing could have caused me a huge nightmare amongst all of my plants, so I would not recommend it. You would be better off just buying the seeds and planting them in a pot.

The sunflower didn’t grow I got a couple of sprouts, but I like the way it came already set up for you

Good but…
I received this on time and everything was included as it said it would be. The only issue I had was that the mason jar that it comes in came in broken. Luckily I had another mason jar to use for it. Since the jar broke, the soil was spilling out of the box. It still is a great idea and I look forward to having the sunflowers grow!
