Is it possible to mount these lights on the rear shocks ?

Since they have driving lights incorporated in them no. Only two color lights can be allowed on the rear of a n auto or bike to be visible in operation, yellow and red

Does this flash when turning on blinker or move at all when blinker is activated ?

Yea they do. Just simply rewire theses instead of the old stock ones.

I installed them today, work fine. Only thing is my rear blinkers come on but don't blink. Any idea what is happening? Thank you

So it might be the relay. I would check the wiring on the rears.
