OTC (7168) 30" Jimmy Bar

I like this bar for doing tough connections. Better than the Name band I had. The coating on will flake off but who really buys tools to look good? Will definitely buy another one if the one gets demolished.

I purchased two of these OTC pry bars almost twenty years ago. I gave one to a friend who works as a heavy equipment mechanic, and kept one for myself. They held up to many years of use and abuse. The curve on the bar end gives more leverage than the single angle of most pry bars, and also give you a choice between more leverage or more lift. Recently mine went missing, so I was happy to see them available online. This review is based upon my experience with the same model purchased many years ago, this pry bar seems to have comparable quality material and construction.

Lightweight and sturdy. Used a slit 3/4 washer as a collar. Only gave it 4 stars because the spoon has chipped after 6 weeks of medium duty connecting but overall you can't beat it for the price!

I typically go with Klein brand but a buddy of man and fellow millwright recommended this brand to me. I have to say that I love it. The spoon is thinner than what is on a Klein making it possible to get under smaller gaps. Really like this spud bar and definitely recommend

Item was a OTC sleever bar with chrome finish. A couple of flakes in the finish, but I bought it for work and will put my share of marks on it, mysel, anyway. Great value for the price.

OTC is good quality this is a handy little bar

Excellent value and well made, just the right curve on the flat end. I have the 18", 30" and 54", and as a HD mechanic I use them all regularly.
