I purchased the WELCZEK TIJ127 Handheld Inkjet Printer but did not have an opportunity to try it immediately. When I charged it a month later the screen did not come on. The customer support at Amazon tried to assist and when they could not help me they put me in touch with support at Welczek. I cannot say enough about the customer support with this company, they offered guided me through steps to correct the problem and when these failed the immediately sent me a NEW printer!!

I’ve tested and used the product a week.The product can print on multiple surfaces but I only print on paper for my work, and the printing qualities are really good.From first to third are test pictures on paper.If printed on the ruler, it’s waterproofed but can be cleared with alcohol products such as hand sanitizer as 5th of pictures shown.It can line up the printing text by making sure you line up the middle of the machine and half horizontal of the roller at where you want it printed as 4th picture, so you can print text aligned as first to 3rd pictures.I love the freedom of using my own fonts. It can save fonts (both ttf and ttc are workable) in usb flash, then fonts can be opened from external fonts folder in the printer.All files you save in the folder, you can name/rename it and search it (use FIND), and you can still edit everything (font type and size..etc) anytime. It’s really a convenient function!Only when using external fonts, you would have empty text when reopening the file first time after each turn on as 6th picture shown. This is normal not broken! You only need to reopen the external font type you want, then the text will show up again.Not hard to learn how to use the printer. And I’ve confirmed with seller that only need update/upgrade when ink cartridge cannot be recognized by the printer.So far for me, this is a mature and stable product for printing when maintain properly.

The item is not working . very bad quality print then ink cartridge is $100 . It only lasted for 100 lines of printing a name.

I have only had this for 3 months and have used it maybe 6 or so times. By the 3 time using it I started getting this "ink cartridge abnormal" error which won't let me print anything. The first few times I was able to readjust the cartridge and finally get it to work. I thought it was maybe the in cartridge so I ordered a replacement ink cartridge. I tried again this morning with the new cartridge...same error. Now I can't do anything with the machine...hoping the manufacturer sees this and can help, if so I'd be happy to change my review as I thought it was pretty good up until I started getting the error...UPDATE: I was able to reach out to the manufacturer. Very responsive and they helped me install an update that fixed the problem. Works like a champ now. Would be helpful to let users know that an update is needed though.

We started purchasing these for use in our company. These are a much better alternative to the product that we were using before we found these. We are able to fit our entire code when we print, were before we had to shorten it.
