Does the job
This was a replacement for a later model. Can't see the difference between 5 and 7. Good price with accessories (most of which I probably won't use).

Disappointed
I'm not so happy with the product, it has a lot of utensils but you have nothing to do with them, the epilator is very painful and irritates me, it's not like in the description

Breaks off hair instead of pulling them out
I’ve been epilating for 15 years and after 15 years my epilator eventually died. I decided to purchase the new and improved version however what I’m finding is even if the hairs look like they’ve been removed, they’re being snapped off, meaning I need to epilate far more regularly.I’ve tried both speed settings to see if this resolves the issue but it hasn’t helped.Very disappointed and not sure which one to buy to resolve this issue.
