I used these lights to line my living room baseboard with to provide ambient lighting for watching movies. They work excellently and look great! They give off a fair amount of light at their brightest and can be dimmed according to your preference.The install was simple and I found the adhesive backing sufficient to adhere the lights to my wall (note that they sit on the baseboard so they have some help fighting gravity.) We ended up adding some of the included clips for backup stability but I’m not sure they were necessary in my case.I’m impressed with the variety of functions. The remote didn’t need to “pair” and worked immediately and flawlessly. Overall, a very neat appearance when installed and impressive variety of function.

Overall i am satisfied. Unfortunately, as with most of these products, the adhesive backing needs to be stronger.

I have gone through a lot of lights for different projects and these lights seem to work the best so far. The adhesion could be better and the screws and clips included could also be better but overall for this price point, they are not bad at all.

I used them to back-light some floating shelves I made for my office. Nice and bright and the app was simple to set up. Full range of colors, soft white, bright white, and dimmable. The strips are very flexible. I was able to bend them around a pretty tight radius. They fit perfectly into the slot made with a 1/4” router slot bit, set at 1/2” deep.

The title of the product says it's RGBW and its description also says RGB+W however the product I received is RGB only. without the white LED component you cannot get the pastel colors that you see in the photos of the product, it's completely misleading and or a bait and switch! I could have gotten a regular RGB strip at a much cheaper price from a different seller, I chose this one because I needed the white LED as well as RGB. Other than the bait and switch and sending me the wrong item, the product they sent is good quality and the controller they sent is not the best quality but should work as intended, I won't be using the controller they included because I have a much better one. I was buying this specifically for the RGBW and not RGB only but I have come to expect this kind of misleading tactic from Amazon as this is not the first time I have bought something that I thought I was actually getting something else and Amazon will probably not even post this review because only reviews that paint the seller in perfect limelight get posted, buyer beware.

The Good: Really like the diffused light on this light strip. Excellent color/hues and app is great.The Bad/annoying: The included mounting clips and definitely the screws are the not worth the time and effort (dont even try.. just throw them away) I ended up simply using Bradley nails to install and they were better and way more secure. This is the way.

This Product is great. It looks like true neon. Surprisingly bright at 12v. It’s beautiful. Be assured that this company stands behind their product. Alice answered a bunch of questions for me and showed tremendous service. Great product. Nothing is going to stick to the product as far as adhesive goes. I put tape on the top of the metal clip and side. The bottom has no tape on it. I used 3 clips per foot so buy extra if you want a tight fit. It looks really nice. Great buy.

They work great. Integration with home assistant is flawless. The power connectors do require support, or they will pull apart. A wrap of electrical tape or silicon glue works well.I didn't want to use the provided clamps because I didn't want to drill into my hardwood stairs. Also, that would sag over time and look like a bunch of draped link. I wanted it to be straight, so an adhesive was the only option.Getting anything to stick to the silicon housing though, is extremely difficult. I ended up using 10mm VHB tape, but to get it to stick, I had to liberally drench the LED's silicon housing with acetone. This was discovered after numerous experiments. The housing has to be visibly wet with acetone when you press it against the VHB tape (which sticks to most things very well). Then apply pressure until the acetone evaporates. I had to go back and re-touch some areas that didn't stick, and used a syringe with a bent needle to get between the LED silicon and the VHB.The adhesion difficulty is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. On the plus side, this should make them easy to clean and, granted, silicon is a fantastically durable finish. It just makes for difficult installation.All that said, it's not time critical. If you have problems, un-peel and do it again. It's not a "get it right 1st time or it's trash" operation.I will buy more of these as they are the only true RGBWW (Dedicated whlte LED) that is outdoor/waterproof that I've found.Am considering using 3d printed clamping strip for next application (outdoor stairs) so that it's not dependent on the questionable acetone adhesion process, (and is gardener/hose proof) for which I'm not sure of the long term prospect.The only other thing to note is that the light around the ends of the strip have a brighter band next to the end connector. I wrapped that in black tape to make it look even across the installation.
