I've reordered this product as it works incredibly quickly to up my iron and vit B levels whenever I'm told to supplement by my doctor. It doesn't cause any constipation. Prefer the capsules as the lozenge tastes awful.

The product is good but it is very strong and gives you hiccups. In the hiccups you can taste the contents of the tablet. Does nothing for fatigue

Ok so I’ve suffered with iron deficiency for years and years and when it’s really bad I get the awful need to crunch and eat Ice!! It’s not fattening I know so happy got small mercies but it’s embarrassing when u are in a queue at Tesco and u r next to the freezer section and yearning to get at that ice!! It’s ridiculous!!! So if u have that symptom the chances r u r deficient in IronSo don’t take the cheap rubbish your dr prescribes it will make you worse if u r like me ..... it’s not a natural form of iron and it mucks up your insides and you feel really ill ..... so always opt for a natural iron with vitamin b and c added ( this one )So as well as feeling exhausted I also have terrible thread veins in my legs but since taking this I have noticed them gradually fading which is a massive bonus!!!I can’t say enough good stuff about this iron honestly it’s great!!!I’m happy with the price too it’s about right !!Hope this helps cause ther is so much choice out there .. it’s much better to see what people with same problems can recommend....I hope you find some relief to your exhaustion there’s nothing worse than being too tired to do things .... I first started taking these when I was pregnant. I was told if my iron levels didn't improve I would need iron injections. (The dose was double what it is now. Apparently due to EU laws it had to be reduced) they drastically improved. In fact the Dr didn't quite believe the results!Because they are natural iron your body can easily absorb it. You also don't get all the usual side effects from taking prescribed iron.
