IQ LEGO Iconic Torch - Flashlight Blue/Red/Yellow (FL5), 7.5 inches Tall, Removable Cap

I bought this LEGO Iconic Torch flashlight for my 5-year-old, and he absolutely loves it. We use it on our night walks from his grandparents’ house, and it’s also perfect for when he needs to go to the bathroom or walk to the living room/kitchen at night—it lights the way without being too bright. The LEGO design is fun and kid-friendly, which makes him excited to use it, and it’s easy for small hands to hold. It’s both a toy and a practical flashlight, which is a great combo for kids. If you’re looking for a fun, useful night light for a child, this one is a great choice.

Fun and useful

Best purchase ever 😂 So my toddler started to refuse a day nap do we started a quite time and for the quiet time he was allowed to have this flashlight as a source of light only. In the first few days, he was just exploring every corner of his room with it but then he just lay down and fell asleep with the flashlight on. The brightness is just enough for him not being in the darkness, but fall asleep if he needed to. He doesn't know he can take the cap if for the brighter light so it helps. It's easy to hold in one's hand too. And it looks cool.

So many great things to say about these. I bought for my 6 and 7 year old boys. You can use without the cap (bright white light) or with (warm yellow light). Best feature is that once you press the button it will time out after 15 minutes at which point it will blink a couple times before shutting off so if we are not finished with a chapter we just press again and then let it go until it shuts off automatically. We have had since Christmas and the battery is still going strong on both (red and blue) and I can only imagine this is due to the auto shut off feature! I hate the lights that kids have because what kid remembers to shut them off when using…not mine. These are great and you won’t be disappointed! My boys love them! I love them!

Still running on the first set of batteries months later! The soft glow has been perfect for our 4 year old twins at night and the auto shutoff has been super helpful. The yellow stud IS removable, exposing the bare LEDs, so a serious talk about not removing the stud and shining the bare LEDs into our own eyes (or our brother's eyes) was necessary early on. Note there is also a red-handled option. We have and love both! Pairs great with the glowing 1-stud brick. Still running on the first set of batteries months later! Our little one, just turned 3, is a courageous little mantjat just started to be startled by the dark. He'll walk into dark rooms and through dark halls, but has been saying things are dark. I got him this light so he can go through the dark hall leading to his toy room or the bedroom. The design makes it easy for his little hands to wrap around it and for him to point it in the right direction. The strong 3 LED lights are sufficient for lighting dark rooms and corridors. He isn't a fan of the night light function because he doesn't sleep with a nightlight but it is cute how you add the lego piece to make it one. The light size is perfect for little hands to hold on to and point. It's compact and sits by his bed for easy access and storage.
