Our 2 1/2 year old silver English lab got sprayed on his neck and back from a skunk and my daughter. Let us use the shampoo that she had had which was not this brand and we shampooed him twice. It definitely helped but he still had a horrible smell to him. I looked on Amazon For more shampoo and read all the reviews and I’m glad I ordered it because it is definitely made a bigger difference. He’s not any longer stinky. I will forever keep this on hand so if it ever happens again, I’m prepared and ready, it also has a wonderful smell very refreshing and it did not dry out his skin at all.

It smells like a mixture of essential oils, but it settles down & our dog didn’t have a strong perfume smell-we just finished her 2nd bath with this shampoo since getting sprayed by a skunk & there was a noticeable improvement after the first bath. Hoping this time the skunk smell is gone. Our dog was sprayed on her head & body-she tolerated getting her head washed-it didn't irritate her eyes. Her coat is also shiny & soft, the shampooIs not over drying. It’s a nice product.

I use this in the spray soap attachment on my hose. The giant bottle lasts a long time and allows me to fill the soap dispenser to the brim so I don't run out of suds before my 100lb dog is all lathered up. It's not as soothing as I'd hoped it would be to their itchy skin. In fact, it seems like they may be itchier, but that could just be the spring and all the allergens. Unsure. The smell is mild, which I like. It would probably be well suited for dogs that have no skin issues or sensitivities.

I like it, I have sheepdogs and bath time is no joke. This shampoo has a very mild sent and smells good. Did a good job sudding up and rinse was easy.

Very nice and pleasant for my dog’s sensitive skin. You really need to lather quite well to have any deodorizing of your stinky pet. I bought the one that comes with perfume and works great for us

lathers quickly, rinses easily, nice scent but Not overpowering

Really was hopeful it would take the skunk smell out of my pup but it did not. I scrubbed her for 10ish minutes and let the soap sit before rinsing but no luck! Does smell nice though!

Got rid of the skunk odor after the first wash!!! Great natural scent. Even made my dog's coat soft and shiny. I hope I won't need to use it again, but this is the only product I'd use if my dog gets sprayed.
