Will this hub work with nreal air hdmi to usb-c brand adapter?

Assuming this is taking the hdmi out from the dock to a usbc screen then it should work fine. If you are trying to convert the usbc cable on the dock to hdmi then no I would not suggest it. As the usbc Cable is feeding power through it as well.

Prime exclusive deal, but slow shipping. Coming from overseas?

The product is shipped from the Amazon US warehouse, it may be due to too many orders on the Prime Day, and the processing speed of the Amazon warehouse is slow.

Worth the money? or should i just wait for valve to release their docking station?

Featuring HDMI 4K@60Hz output, RJ45/Ethernet input, USB-C port for charging, and dual USB-A 2.0 ports, The Docking Station lets you explore new ways to game and steam deck. The perfect fusion of Hub and Stand together. You don't have to buy a regular hub and stand base for your Steam platform, which is not only easier to use, but also keeps your desktop neat and tidy.

Does the usb-c fit if i have a case on?

It depends on the thickness of the upper part of your protect case.
