Is this r-alpha lipoid acid ?

Not familiar with r-alpha lipoic acid.

Question for the seller best naturals....do you get your alpha lipoic acid from germany, italy, or china?

I called the number on the Best Naturals label and the representative says the products are produced in the USA with materials sourced from all around the world.

Has anybody taken this for subchorionic hematoma?

No, not for that condition. My wife has been taking it because of a general recommendation by her doctor.

Is this strictly R-ALA? Is it natural? Synthesized in a lab?

I don't know but on the label is company # for additional information. 1-877-659-6004.
