This is the only brand I will buy from here on out for any rashes for my child. My baby had an intense drool + heat rash under her neck rolls, and this completely cleared it up over 48hrs. It applies very easily and isn’t greasy. Goes on white and then gets clear when rubbed in. I also have the other diaper rash creams for her bum and they work just as well! But this I use mainly for any face rashes and it’s done the trick everytime!

My baby is teething and drooling so I bought the sheer cream for my baby’s chapped cheeks. They accidentally sent me the yellow label “triple protection” instead. Too thick for her face, but happy accident because it has ended up being our new favorite butt paste. Bought a tub for home and for daycare.

Bought this Amazon overnight because our NP told us to use it for a bad rash. Realistically, we only needed to apply it once because it went completely away! We ended up using it for the next day or so just to make sure, but now we keep it in stock at our changing tables and in our diaper bag and the second we notice any redness, we apply!

My skin got drier and tighter feeling as I got older. Applying more lotion didn't help; I'd still wake up feeling like I didn't have any lotion on my face. Tried using this cream overnight and woke up to my skin feeling more normal than it has in decades. I think the recommendation is using it once a week or so but I think I will be using it more often, especially with winter approaching in the Northeast. My skin is sensitive and very few products work well on it. I haven't had any reactions to this cream.

It has been little more than one year when my face becomes dry and sensitive. Even with Cetaphil cream, which moisturing very well, redness on my face still exits. After three days of light apply of this paste, redness is gone in the morning.
