Fybogel Orange Fiber Supplement Sachets, 30 Count (3 Unit)

I’d definitely recommend Fybogel to anyone struggling with constipation. It has worked really well for me, especially compared to other fibre products I’ve tried. It helps keep things regular without causing cramps or discomfort. The orange flavour is also surprisingly pleasant and easy to drink, which makes it simple to take every day. A great product that actually does what it promises. Highly recommended!

I've been using this for a few weeks and am pleased with the results so far. I appreciate the texture, as it's not extremely grainy or clumpy. Pretty smooth consistency and mixability if you use one of those electric stirrers (I already had one for my coffee).I used to take Metamucil sometimes back in the US, and it always made me feel bloated. Hardly worked for me either, but this stuff has been great for my digestion.

I use 1-2 of these sachets every other day to keep my stools soft. The taste is pleasant with a not too over the top orange taste. It mixes well with water and is easy to drink. You do need to drink it fast as it does turn to a jelly substance if left for some time.

I bought because it’s a well known brand, but failed to do my research first, my fault.The taste is unbelievably sweet, as it contains ASPARTAME.Leaves that lingering horrible aftertaste in your mouth.Only had my first sachet but will certainly look for an ASPARTAME free alternative next time.
