90 degree right angle hdmi adapter female to male, hdmi bend

Have used it in the TV works very well no problems

I bought this item to use in an HDMI socket at the right hand side(from behind) of a Panasonic plasma TV. I wanted to hide a cable that was showing at the side. Sadly I needed one that when fitted would allow me to attach the cable to it. The adapter faces the wrong way, to the body of the TV so really I needed one that would fit the HDMI socket on the TV and face the other way, outwards from the TV to allow me to attach the HDMI cable.I should have checked the fitting before I bought it.

Nice snug fit and arrived very quickly, perfect for rear HDMI ports where you want the cable to point downwards rather than outwards. I used this on my Panasonic 42" TV - fits HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 ports just fine.Note: If you want it for the HDMI 3 port, located on left hand side of my Panasonic TV (as you sit watching) then you will need a "left hand" adapter instead. This will prevent the HDMI Cable from being visible out the side of the TV - I have just ordered one of those too - from the same company (Betron) and for the same £0.99p price; absolute bargain considering it includes delivery! :o)

I did struggle to fit this connector, which is really a problem caused by the tv mounting frame, which covers and blocks easy accesss to 3 of the tv's HDMI sockets but once installed it did the job of running the lead in the opposite direction to avoid congestion in the confined space beneath the frame and back of tv. Generally happy with this connector and would recommend it to address the problem that I was faced with.

I am happy with my purchase. Betron products are safe and reliable.

Nice item l but I didn''t realise which way around it would fit so was totally wrong for the job I wanted it for. Note how it fits to your appliance and which direction the cable will go. This sends the cable upwards and outwards and I wanted downwards and sideways. Oh well! Not the vendors fault.

I had to return the items, 3 in total.My TV actually requires the 270 degree adapters, but I wanted to post and make sure that people double check the requirements for their TV prior to purchasing. I own a Samsung UE32C5800 which has the HDMI ports on the side of the TV, this may be of help in identifying if these adapters are suitable for your requirements.

This allows you to mount your TV on, or close to a wall without the HDMI lead holding it away. Just take note of the orientation of your socket to ensure the adaptor will hang downwards rather than upwards.Seems well made and works perfectly.
