My tree was posted by the company on 20th December in NI and arrived in Romford, Essex on 21st - fantastic! However the post strike meant I didn’t actually receive my tree 🌲 until 3rd January! I was, quite frankly, flabbergasted it was still alive! It was a nicely substantial tree which did look a little limp after its arduous journey but I planted it immediately and gave it a well deserved bucket of rainwater! Lovely tree and sent in good time by the supplier. Would recommend this company - preferably without a Royal Mail strike!

It came in horrible condition..needless so dry and 2/3 of them just fall off..it is looks like a broom not a tree.. Not happy at all

Whether this will survive winter or not is any bodies guess

Tree does not match any of the photos. The tree I got was posted through my letter box! Small and over priced. Thing looks like it wouldn't survive at all. If I knew this was what they were selling, would not of bought.

Postman shoved this through the letterbox, and the dog got to it - but despite this, I soaked the roots, and planted the tree and looks good and healthy,

The tree was put into prepared ground after being plunged in water for an hour on arrival. The plant did not look healthy but I thought it was because of being wrapped so tightly for delivery. It does not look healthy and didn't on arrival. It shows no signs of growth.

Tree was dead within 3 weeks

Recived it, unpacked, soak 20min in water, planted in 10 galon (uk) container for now, few days leater looks amazing
