Can this be used to sooth skin after waxing and laser hair removal?

Yikes.. I would not think so.. tea tree antiseptic-- it's pretty strong/potent. I would imagine that could sting quite a bit.

What exactly do you use this particular product for?

Minor irritations. Especially ones that are in places that rub together and sweat, crotch area for example. I have hearing aids with vinyl ear pieces, fluid in the ears plus vinyl stuck down there in small canal equals yeast type irritation. Works well for that type if stuff.

can I use this on face forningrown hairs

From what I know about Tea Tree, it is more like alcohol. It kills bacteria, yeast, that sort of thing. Even though I have heard of people using for warts and skin tags, I haven't tried for this purpose. I would check for hair removal products and maybe look at those ingredients to see what is effective.
