was actually really good overall
My mouth felt super clean and fresh after using it, and I definitely noticed it helped a lot with bad breath. However, when it comes to teeth whitening, I honestly didn’t see much of a difference. My teeth looked pretty much the same, so I don’t think it really did anything in terms of whitening. Still, if you’re looking for something to leave your mouth feeling fresh and clean, I’d say it’s worth trying.

GuruNanda CocoMint Oil Pulling Mouthwash works. It loosens food particles I didn’t know was still stuck between my teeth. It always amazes me after brushing even very small pieces flow out.
