Was also recommended by Auburn Mech Eng and Industrial Design, CADC, students for structural prototype components application with BambuLabs X1C and X1E .4 hardened nozzle, did NOT run through AMS but with Creality dryer. NO ISSUES.

Prints as Easily as 95A TPU
I was surprised to find that this filament didn’t require any changes to my print profile for 95A Hatchbox TPU. Using this in Bambu Labs X1C (without AMS of course). I had no issues with this filament. It was properly wound and is much more flexible than the 95A. Polymaker never disappoints.

WILDY Variable Diameter
Was tearing my hair out for HOURS of troubleshooting. Tried different retraction length/speeds, nozzles, print speeds, extruder changes, etc. Turned out there were such thick diameter parts of filament periodically that it would jam due to increased force to push it through the heatbreak/hotend. In the 2 foot section between the spool and extruder, I measure 1.60-1.90mm diameter. I cannot even manually feed the thickest sections into my hot end with the extruder taken off the printer. You will NEVER get this filament to print with this kind of variability.
