Pasteurised but still tasty!
I have to admit, I did not do enough research beforehand and only realised it was pasteurised when I received this. So although there may be no probiotic value to this, I think unpasteurised Sauerkraut still contain some health benefits and it's great value for what you get. The jar is pretty large and you are advised to refrigerate and consume within 7 days after opening which I'm not sure I will be able to do. Makes a great side dish!

Great Flavour; Very Healthy
This sauerkraut is great. It is made with juniper berries, so it has a very fresh taste. I bought several large jars of this sauarkraut, and since I took delivery of it, I have eaten it several times. Far more than I have ever eaten sauerkraut in the past. The price was good too; and the delivery prompt. I recommend this brand of sauerkraut without reservation.
