The product was well packaged and survived transit in good order. In fact the product was extraordinarily packaged and evidence the shipper has a good grasp of the shipping of perishables. The product is now in refrigeration and expected to give hours of fine eating. It is strangely gratifying to have something to face such perils arrive without incident. Taste great and good $ for size.

The cheese may well indeed be great, but the service this year was poor. It’s arriving much later than was initially said. I have contacted them twice through Amazon and there’s been no response.

Received just as it appears. Flavor was rich and ripe. Very good cheese. What else can I possibly say. Perfect!!
