These are great. I am always worried that I don't get enough fiber in my diet, but fear not now! These gummies are working, and they taste great!

These are so delicious, I figured it couldn’t possibly be doing anything helpful health wise. To save money, I figured I shouldn’t repurchase. Welp, I didn’t realize how helpful they were, until I stopped taking them for a month. These help keep things regular!

** Great product, but not from Amazon. Something is funky with this product when purchased from Amazon. This product is excellent- great taste, great formulation with the fiber doing all the right things without the gas. The last two times I purchased this product on Amazon, the bottle smelled horrible and the gummies tasted horrible. Amazon wouldn't allow me to return, so I contacted the manufacturer, Vitamatic, who immediately got back to me requesting information about where I had purchased, the batch # etc. They quickly sent me a bottle, and an apology and the product was back to normal. I'm not sure what's going on with the Amazon batches of these gummies, but I'm hoping the manufacturer, Vitamatic, solves for it quickly (I suspect they will based on how responsive they were with me), because this is a great product but getting a bad rap. In the meantime, order straight from the Vitamatic website like I'm doing.

Great simple taste. I was worried there would be some kind of after taste but none! Be sure to drink after you take them. I take mine at night yet I don't think there is a specific time. Helps me get that little extra boost of fiber without having to eat something heavy. I wish they came in a bigger bottle, this is only for 20 days.

So far so good, a little on the tart side but I don't mind it. The recommended daily serving is 3 gummies so they go quickly.

Don't work good for "me"

This purchase was a deliberate attempt on my part to add even more fiber to my daily diet. I'm trying to achieve around 50 grams of fiber per day, between my daily intake of food, and this supplement. Every brand of fiber gummy I've eaten share some common characteristics- dense texture, chewy, highly flavored. So far, I've found Vitamatics to be easier to chew and swallow. As to efficacy, yeah, I notice some benefits from increasing daily intake, and am glad I've tried them.

These gummies taste really nice, which makes them much easier to take than some other fibre supplements I've tried. Each serving provides 7g of fibre, so it's a convenient way of adding more fibre to my diet without having to change what I eat. I'm not sure I can say for certain how much difference they've made, but I assume they're doing what they're supposed to do. Either way, getting some extra fibre into my diet is definitely a bonus. They're easy to take, taste good and are much more enjoyable than taking a powder or drinking a fibre supplement. Overall, I'm happy with them and would buy them again.

These taste so good it's hard to not to want to eat the whole bottle in one go. Impressive amount of fiber per gummy too. Kind of expensive but the high fiber content means you can only take 2 and get the same amount of fiber as 3 gummies for most other brands.
