I brought these not really knowing what to expect.so you tear the top off and peel a clear sticky off place your finger in the pouch with the white pad on top of the nail, fold and stick the sides down.I gave the top of my polish a file with a normal nail file and then applied the pouched, I left them on 10-15 mins and most of my gelish polish came off easily when scrapped with a tool.I struggled slightly with sorting my nail on my right hand but I think that was more because I am right handed and pretty rubbish at doing anything left handed.Previously I have just resorted to soaking in normal nail varnish remover and filing/peeling off.....this was a much quicker process and I would recommend purchasing if you occasionally have gel polish applied but don't go back regularly like myself.

Wow, very skimpy instructions but they were brilliant at removing gel nail varnish. Very pleased indeed.

Not as good as others I have bought. Feel cheap and sticky strips don't hold.

Works very well and convenient, however they irritate my skin around my finger ends - I do have very sensitive skin any way though so this may just be me!
