For anyone that does board pressing, something like this is almost necessary unless you always train with a partner. Having this allows you to board press solo making it convenient and accessible to more people which is amazing.The good:It provides 3 different heights that are all good for use. Gives plenty of different options for working different ranges of the bench press.All of the spots are marked so you know how much distance is being removed from your range of motionIt easily attaches to a barbell and holds well during use.The not so good:Not a huge deal but when putting it on a bar with center knurl, it is grated pretty heavy and black residue goes everywhere. Not only is it messy but with how much has already been grated down, I have some worries about how long it will last. Too much of that could make it eventually not hold onto the barbell well.Overall there are more positives than negatives and it’s a great tool for anyone who wants to board press solo.
