Great fit and easy installation. Don’t know why they use the plastic to begin with. Works much better than the original.

Great quality
I had a plastic one previously and I installed this when the previous one broke. This is so much more sturdy and looks sleek. It was a bit big compared to my last one so I had to make adjustments on the sofa to make space for it. It functions much better and is practically the same price!

Save money doing it yourself and ease of installation
My husband and daughter were able to repair our couches without having to pay furniture company their repair cost. So easy for them to install, it took them less than 10!

Heavier duty than the original chair pull.
Great replacement part for manual recliner. Easy to install directly in place of original plastic one. This piece is steel therefore heavier duty and certainly will outlast the original pull. You will not need a new cable unless it is broken. The original cable will work perfectly with this replacement pull.

Good and Almost Great
This works great, the metal means it won't break again hopefully. I only wish it came with hardware to install it, I know you'll probably have screws from the last one but still. Also it was hard to get the wire in there but that might be user error.
