[2026 Upgraded] BlueStars 40uf 370-440VAC Capacitor

Great capacitor. I used this capacitor to replace one in my portable air conditioner that failed. It was a bit bigger than the old one, but it fit perfectly in the control box. It was easy to install, just clip on the connectors and screw in the securing band. So far it’s been working fantastic. It even solved the crazy power draw issues that the AC was causing (it was pulling over 20 Amps when the compressor kicked on). Now it’s only pulling a stable 7.5-8 Amps and it’s no longer tripping the breaker constantly. This thing was a lifesaver especially with the insane heat we’ve been having this week. I might even order a second one to have on hand just in case!

This product was exactly as described. Part was installed immediately and functioned properly. At the time of this review, part has only been in use for 1 week. Time will tell the quality of the unit.

Used this to replace an old capacitor in my AC condenser. Fit perfectly, capacitance was spot on as measured with a Fluke 189 DMM. Good deal if you need a replacement. Hopefully it lasts a while.

Works in our Coleman Mach AC Unit.

I replaced the run capacitor for my A/C compressor with this one. It worked. So far so good. I gave it 4 stars because I received a slightly dented cap.

Fantastic product and helped my ac run better than when it was new.

Worked great!! Fixed my rv air conditioner myself!! 👏👏

Worked perfectly

Fixed my compressor, a little bigger than the cover that hides it but glad to have my compressor working again.
