Iron 65 mg with Vitamin C - 60 Vegan Gummies - 2 Pack

I have historically had chronically low iron and I have historically chronically forgotten to take my supplements. So, I got these in order to trick myself into taking my iron by making it look like candy. Also, I wanted to make sure that the vitamin C was included to help the iron to absorb, because that also has been a challenge for me to remember to do. These gummies taste like blackberry blood, but they aren't terribly unpleasant like Flintstones vitamin chalks are. So, people who have low iron will probably know that eating ice cubes is associated with iron deficiency. A year ago, eating ice cubes ruled my life; quite literally I structured my day around how I would get the right shape ice cubes from my favorite gas station ice machines around town. I purchased so many big cups of ice cubes - 3 per day if I had my way. Eating ice was such a relief, it felt so GOOD. I knew that my iron was on the low side but had built it up a little over the years, and it was within "range" now (but just above the minimum). That's what I always told people -- I told them that eating ice had just become a part of my personality. I really can't understate how much I have thought about getting ahold of good ice cubes throughout the past decade or so. I didn't think that it was actually about iron for my anymore... ... and then one day I noticed that I just didn't care that much about ice anymore. It happened over time -- not immediately after starting these gummies, but a couple months in, I realized that I wasn't rushing to eat my cup of ice to beat the melt rate, and I wasn't even really fazed when the ice became water. I didn't even mind when I would go to a restaurant that didn't put ice in its water. I didn't feel compelled to go to the gas station on days that were below freezing to get ice cubes to eat in my car with the heater on so that I could get my fix but also stay warm. I realized the truth: it was THE IRON THE WHOLE TIME. So yeah, I definitely recommend these. I would have lived my whole life dependent on ice cubes otherwise.

I order these all the time. However, this last time they tasted different, more sweet than usual. I really like these iron gummies. No constipation like some iron supplements causes. Very little after taste. They seem to have the same effect though despite the change in taste.

These do the trick for my anemia. I can tell from my #2's. I had to space them out to one gummy in the mornings and one at dinner. So in that perspective I can tell they are working. Only downside I see is they don't taste the best. They are a bit gritty and heavy. It is difficult to explain. I have a lot of gummy vitamins for myself and my children. these are not gummy texture. It is more like a soft candy. The flavor is not the best but I do not have any other iron gummies to compare it to. I gave a bottle to my daughter at college as she is also anemic. She does not mind the texture or flavor. After these are gone I will be trying a different brand to have a better comparison and review.

These are pretty ok but ive notice after buying two bottles now that some have cherry powder which you can see on the nutrition lable and some dont. The first ones I purchased didnt have cherry powder and had flat bottoms and had more of a artificial grape flavor and the 2nd bottle I bought said it contained the cherry powder and the taste was more sour and candy like and those had a waffle pattern on the bottoms. I dont really understand why they were different when I bought the same product.

Yet another iron pill that tastes metallic. I really have problems with anemia and it’s almost impossible to find a tolerable pill or gummy. This unfortunately doesn’t fit the bill. I gagged and brushed my teeth three times after trying one.

I have been using these for probably getting close to a year now. They did change a few months ago but the taste/look is still the same. I have had issues taking others iron vitamins, however this one has been so much easier and it has helped my iron levels go up so I’m not severely anemic. I will continue ordering these as long as they are here and I need them. Totally recommend these!

Honestly doesn’t taste that bad, pretty good no aftertaste issues and I been taking it for a week and don’t have dizzy spells from standing so quickly like I usually do. A good option for my already heavy load of daily vitamins

Quite an unpleasant taste, and still got gastrointestinal side effects (stomach ache/ nausea/ felt really sick). Couldn’t take them so a waste of money.

For the first time I don't mind taking my vitamins. This is a enjoyable way of taking it. I hate taking medicine and this has helped me a lot. It tastes good too with a really great grape flavor!
